The Unikko (Flemish for Poppy) is a modeled using the same stock as my kitchen paring blade, but uses a Scandi grind for a more robust and easy to sharpen outdoor knife. My Great Grandfather was a a phenomenal gardener and groundskeeper who immigrated here from Belgium and I think he would’ve appreciated this one.
